SEMINAR LOCATION:
Hacienda Best Western Hotel (click on "Hacienda Hotel"at top of page for contact info.)
Special discounted room rates have been arranged for seminar students.
Many other motels and hotels are located near-by for your selection.
Your stay at the Hacienda is convenient to the classroom, just a few steps from your hotel room.
Ask us about sharing a room with another student.
SUPPLIES FOR PAINTING:
Paints and mediums used in class are provided by Country Keepsakes.
All other painting supplies are brought along by the student.
SEATING:
We honor a "first come" policy for seating in the classroom.Holding extra seats for other students will not be allowed.
The classroom will be available for individual painting time after class hours in the evening unless notified otherwise by the hotel.
Painting lights brought into the classroom must be reviewed by Kathy or Bobbie. Extra "grounded-type" cord must be provided by the student.
PREPARATION OF CLASS PROJECTS:
The preparation of your painting surface(s)is usually done at home before you come to class, however, in some cases it is part of the class day.
You will be instructed by Kathy and your teacher's written prep. sheet.
We normally have the classroom from the night before the seminar for prepping.

Seminar Policy:
A $100.00 deposit is required for each seminar .
This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Full payment of seminar fee and materials is required
60 days prior to the seminar date.
Our goal is to offer the highest quality in teachers, materials and painting experience.
