I've had the honor and pleasure to teach for Naomi Kawaguchi for 25 + years in her studio located in the heart of Nagoya, Japan.
Set behind me in this photo are just a couple of the large "demo" boards painted by me in the past years.
Iam happy to say that we now use a video camera and TV screen system for the best view by students as I demonstrate painting techniques with the same size brushes used by the students...this eliminates any "guess work" in the demonstrations!
