"Santa Tassel" by Bobbie T.
This sculpted and painted tassel is soooo sweet!
Bobbie came up with the idea of using scrap fabrics for the tassel and sculpting the dimentional form years ago in her Halloween seminar 1994!
Since that time, many new sculpted designs were born using a product called QuikWood.
The tassel wood form and the QuikWood is available from Bobbie.
Look for many more tassel packets in the near future.
